What type of clients do you work with?

We serve a broad range of clients including individuals, growing families, business owners, and the extended families of these clients. We believe in multigenerational planning and encourage clients to connect their children, grandchildren, siblings, and any other significant family members with our firm. We currently work with the third and fourth generation of families!

What services do you provide?

Our focus is on long-term financial planning which allows us to oversee the strategies put in place at conception. Financial planning includes an array of services: investments, retirement, education, tax, estate, and insurance. We spend a great deal of time researching investment managers and identifying opportunities. Our dedication to research provides us with knowledge and insight needed to make the most appropriate investment selections for your portfolio.

How do you charge for services, and how much?

Our main source of compensation is in the form of an asset-based advisory fee charged through LPL Financial, our broker/dealer. The advisory relationship reduces conflict of interest as we are paid a percentage of the assets – as the assets grow, our income grows; as the assets decline, our income declines. We have a direct interest in increasing your asset base and we treat them as if they were our own. The fees vary depending on the value of the account. Please contact us for an estimate based on your unique situation.

We may also charge an annual retainer fee to provide ongoing financial planning advice. This retainer fee is for services above and beyond just managing the account. You can call us anytime to discuss your concerns or questions regarding any aspect of your financial situation. We will also work with your CPA, estate planning attorney, or other personal network of professionals as you request. Again, this fee varies depending upon your unique situation.

Do you have account minimums?

We do not have account minimums, however during the initial meeting we will determine if our services will be a good fit for you.

Who will review my financial affairs with me?

We take a team approach to working with our clients. Our financial advisors work closely together in portfolio construction and implementation of your financial roadmap. We have experienced staff members to carry out administrative needs.

What is Form ADV and how do I obtain a current version of your Form ADV?

Form ADV ('ADV' is an abbreviation for 'adviser') is a form filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and state securities authorities. Part 1 of Form ADV is available at www.adviserinfo.sec.gov and consists of information on the business, owners, clients, employees, business practices, affiliations, and any disciplinary events of the adviser or its employees. Part 2 of Form ADV is a narrative brochure written in plain English that contains information such as the types of advisory services offered, disciplinary information, conflicts of interest, and the educational and business background of management and key advisory personnel.
