With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Leah plays a pivotal role in managing LFA’s day-to-day operations. She supports financial advisors with compliance, fiduciary oversight, and human resources, while also co-leading key initiatives across marketing, product development, and strategy to enhance the firm’s tailored offerings and client experience. Leah joined LFA in 2008 and, during her long tenure, has played a key role in setting long-term vision and executing company strategy.
Prior to joining LFA, Leah held various positions at Washington Mutual Bank where she developed a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver a world-class customer experience as well as lead diverse and passionate teams of financial professionals.
Leah earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, San Marcos—where she also met her husband. They now live in San Diego with their middle-school-aged twins. Outside of work, Leah can often be found at the soccer fields, cheering on her kids from the sidelines and enjoying the busy rhythm of family life.
